Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep full access to paid content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to free-tier access.
No notice period required. No cancellation fees.
Monthly subscriptions
Because you receive immediate access to paid content when you subscribe, the 14-day statutory cancellation period does not apply. However, we still offer a goodwill refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. If you're not satisfied within the first week, email hello@artandalgorithms.ai and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
After the first 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable. You can cancel to prevent future charges, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days. After that, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining full months on your plan if requested within 90 days of payment.
After 90 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
When a refund is issued, your access to paid content ends immediately.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — duplicate payment, charge after cancellation, or incorrect amount — email us and we'll resolve it promptly. We always correct billing mistakes.
