Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Art & Algorithms is operated by IDLE Creative Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 13883446). Registered office: Suite 3, 2nd Floor, Didsbury House, 748–754 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 2DW. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean IDLE Creative Ltd.

2. What you get

Art & Algorithms is a membership platform offering tutorials, prompt packs, workflows, and guides about AI-powered creative tools. Some content is free. Paid content requires an active subscription.

3. Accounts

You need an account to access paid content. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. One account per person — don't share your login or let others use your subscription.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. We will email you before renewal payments are taken.

By starting your subscription, you agree to receive immediate access to paid content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory cancellation right for that billing period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Prices are listed in GBP. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes don't affect your current billing period.

You can manage your subscription — update payment details, switch plans, or cancel — from your account page.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access to paid content until the end of your current billing period. After that, you revert to free-tier access.

6. Your use of our content

All content on Art & Algorithms — articles, images, prompt packs, workflows, code examples — is for your personal use. You may use techniques, prompts, and workflows you learn here in your own creative work.

You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our content. Don't copy articles, share downloads with non-subscribers, or scrape content for use elsewhere.

7. Intellectual property

We own the content we publish. You own the creative work you produce using our techniques and prompts. We don't claim any rights to your output.

8. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you sign up for a service through these links. This doesn't affect the price you pay. We only recommend tools we genuinely use and believe in.

9. No guarantees

AI tools and platforms change frequently. We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every prompt, workflow, or technique will work identically on every platform at every point in time.

Art & Algorithms is educational content, not professional advice. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please email hello@artandalgorithms.ai so we can try to resolve it directly. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, but we will always try to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
